Affordability

The City of Toronto relies heavily on property taxes.  As a city, the previous mayors and other candidates that are running for the office to be mayor over Toronto have taken advantage of property owners and continue to have plans to raise tax even when in their speeches that they promise no property tax increase.  No more property tax increase will be my #1 rule when taking office.  Once I am in office, my team will begin its work by going over the budget, stripping the budget and looking for ways this city has wasted a lot of taxpayers’ money.  My team will look for ways of doing business to help increase the city’s revenue and avoid home and landowners from having to pay more tax.
